The Silence is Gone.

Yes, it has indeed been a long time coming, hasn't it? There has been so much going on the last few months it's forcefully put my volunteer duties to a strict halt. Right now I'm at 350+ unread notes, not including the ones I haven't responded to, but have chosen as DD's before 3pm CST makes it impossible to set anything the day prior.

I will admit..my activity here really left a dent in people's hearts. I know, I know it may not seem like much - we all have our own lives to live, right? But every other effort I've put forward just makes my intentional absence of having to be an adult for once in my life just contradicts things. Contests have been delayed, Daily Deviations have been featured every now and again, and everyone's will to have a voice has been ignored.

But that stops now. Today.

I'm making a comeback, starting with answering half of my notes stash, including my read notes, and there will be more of your amazing suggestions showcased for all the Fan Art community and the general deviantART population to enjoy.

Stay strong, you guys. The light to the tunnel isn't a train, so keep pushing forward.

Art Updates

On a personal level, I'm also streaming from May 17 - June 17 on my Picarto.TV Channel until my day to fly out to Columbus. My viewers will see works revisited, and newer works come to fruition. I'm looking to changing my page drastically as work progresses, and hopefully have my graphic novels published before summer hits everywhere. I just want to take the time to ask. I have not been the greatest volunteer as of late because of so much backlog I've put time away from, but if I don't put time aside now to check in with everyone, then I don't think I'll ever get around to it.

Making Progress

Hello there, you guys!

How is everyone? Life on this side is actually one heck of an emotional rollercoaster. My Mother had to undergo surgery for her chest and while looking out for her the last couple of days, I've been working hard personally for my art. Commissions will open soon, my stories will go public, and many owed art trades and miscellaneous requests will also be submitted.

I basically have a truckload of work to spam on here, my Tumblr, my Twitter accounts, and even my Facebook Page which has been on hiatus for 2 years. Everything everywhere will be getting an overdue makeover before I pack my bags to leave for Columbus.

Keep Calm and Suggest Daily Deviations!

You all have been very busy in my 2-month absence, haven't you? 215 notes and still counting!

Not an issue - I'm keeping my word to respond to everyone, though I do greatly apologize for the delay. Here is a system I'm developing until the reign of possibly two new Fan Art CV's!

Temporary System

DD Suggesters will get a max of 1 suggestion accepted per month, including those new to suggesting.

Fandoms will get a maximum of 2 suggestions featured per month, if the content is nowhere near similar.
_{Example: I featured two Elsa Fan Arts January 2015, but mainly because the Originality exceeded my expectations.}
              

I can't set DD's past 30 days, so there will continue to be a delay in my responses. When we get new CV's, I'll forward pending (and worthy) suggestions to them so your notes will be in better hands. For now, keep suggesting and continue to be patient! We all want the same thing: To feature amazing work and to promote those behind it!
